At the beginning of April, I got a chance to spend few days in Paris with my girls as a part of collaboration with two hotels.
Firstly, we were staying at the five star boutique hotel – Hotel de Nell.
Hotel de Nell is a creation of Charm & More – brand of luxury hotels with exceptional architecture and interior design. So, I was looking forward to stay in this hotel.
I was stunned straight away when I saw the exterior facade, which is, as I found it later, restored facade of the 19th-century building. It looks so simple and clean yet elegant. Totally how I love it.
In front of the hotel we were welcomed by friendly doorman who helped us with our luggage. When we entered the hotel, the first thing I noticed was an unusual reception desk. That reception desk and the friendly atmosphere made you lose the impression that you are actually in the hotel. I loved it.
The hotel is located in the heart of Paris, in the 9th arrondissement. It’s in a nice neighborhood and in the quiet street. It’s within walking distance of Palais Garnier Opera House and Galeríes Lafayette department store. However, if you are bit more interested in visiting main attractions of the city, and you are not so into walking, metro stations are about a five-minute walk from the hotel.
The whole interior is very tastefully decorated. Combination of wooden elements with neutral colors is present everywhere in the stylish lounge area. My favorite place was this little cozy corner with fireplace.
We chose to have our tea time break under the glass roof in the bar-lobby.
One more cozy place was discovered in the hotel. Either you want to pick something to read or to play some games, this cozy library spot is a perfect choice for you.
In the La Regalade restaurant you can enjoy your meal or cocktail, or both. This charming bistro-style restaurant offers great variety of wines, too.
Before we decided what we want to have for breakfast, the waiter served us an antioxidant juice mix. That was exactly what we needed for the fresh start of the day.
The hotel has 33 rooms. You can choose whether you like to stay in Classical, Superior, Deluxe or Prestige room, or even in a suite. We were staying in a Prestige room which was aaaamazing. It was so spacious – larger than expected and luminous – because of the big windows.
We got a personalized welcome letter with a complimentary bottle of mineral water. I always appreciate little things like that.
Queen size bed was very comfortable for sleeping.. And a little bit of working, too. 😊
We got champagne and little chocolate boxes in the room as a welcoming gesture, too. And tell me, how to not be spoiled after all that? 😊
To me, the highlight of the room was the bathroom..
..and her majesty – Japanese bath tub with Nuxe and Bulgari cosmetic products..
Can you imagine something more fabulous than soaking in majestic bath tub after all day of walking and exploring city? Well, me neither. I was so ready for princess treatment and really enjoyed it. 😊
All the wooden and marble details mixed together create the perfect setting for enjoying. Well, if someone is not a big fan of bath tub (which I personally can’t imagine) you also have a separate shower behind the tub, equally amazing.
It was my first time staying at boutique hotel, and I loved the unique design and intimate atmosphere there. It’s very easy to get used to being spoiled in such a chic and friendly hotel, with all the amenities they offer.
All in all, I had a fabulous time staying in this hotel and would happily recommend it to you, too.
